In motorsport Audi has an unrivalled story of success, yet when looking at the complete picture of the Brand, Audi has excelled in every area. For example, quattro, TDI, FSI and Audi Space Frame are just a few technological firsts which distinguish Audi as not just a class-leading luxury car manufacturer but arguably the most technologically advanced.

    Vorsprung Durch Technik, literally translated as ‘progress through technology’ has long been at the core of everything we do and exemplified throughout the 80s and 90s by cars such as the original quattro, RS 2 and TT. These helped shape Audi as a manufacturer of beautiful, sporty and desirable cars, whilst more recent additions to the range have continued this well into the 21st Century.

  • Vehicles and Services

    Our range offers everything from a small city car to a 199mph supercar, and everything in between. Never before has a manufacturer been able to offer such a diverse range of vehicles whilst staying true to its core brand values. Industry leading technologies are available across the range – for example a HDD based satellite navigation system is available on both our smallest and largest cars. High quality, premium sound systems are also available throughout the range whilst high performance, efficient engines come as standard on every car.

    Of course owning an Audi is just as important as buying one. We work with our network of Audi Centres to ensure every Audi customer receives an experience which exceeds their expectations of our Brand.

    How do we do this? Through talking to our customers, listening to our network and ensuring everything we do is focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.

  • How an Audi Centre Works

    Any Centre in our network of franchised Dealers is generally divided into two core departments, Sales and Aftersales.

    The Sales department looks after customers from the moment they enter the showroom, helping them throughout the enquiry and sales process. Sales staff have exceptional product knowledge and are always on hand to answer customer queries. The sales team are supported by motivational and professional managers who ensure all customer journeys meet the Audi standard.

    The next step in the customer journey is looked after by the Aftersales department. From the moment a customer returns their car for a service a dedicated Service Advisor will assist them with their initial queries and ensure they are booked in for the correct service. The Parts and Technical team also sit within this area of the business and consist of professional, highly-skilled individuals who are able to fulfil all service requirements on Audi vehicles to the very highest standards.

  • Key Roles in an Audi Centre

    With great product knowledge and a passion for helping customers, an Audi Sales Executive will look after the customer sales process from beginning to end. Supporting them, the Audi Sales Administrators will make sure all sales are handled quickly and efficiently. Meeter-Greeters and Receptionists form the ‘front line’ of the Sales Department and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.

    The Service Advisor will support and advise customers throughout the servicing process, whilst the workshop consists of a number of levels of technician, the most senior of which is the Audi Master Technician. Parts Advisors and Parts Managers order all of the required parts for a car’s service so it spends as little time as possible in the workshop. This team works together to ensure that vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the very highest standard.

    All of these roles are lead by a Sales Managers and Aftersales Managers who ensure the efficient running of their department as well as supporting and developing their team.

    The Head of Business looks after all of these departments and ultimately runs the Audi Centre.
