The trailer stabilisation system uses the sensor technology of the
electronic stabilisation program (ESP) to identify swinging of the trailer, caused for example by avoidance action, ruts or cross-winds, and reduce the danger of swerving. Automatic braking ensures that the brakes are applied to stabilise the outfit.
