The Audi Q7 Driving Experience

26/1/2007
Isaac Agnew Audi Belfast and Portadown were delighted to host their Audi Q7 Driving Experience from Ballywalter Park, Newtownards. Customers were invited to Ballywalter for registration and refreshments before meeting their Professional Driving Consultant who accompanied guests to Kirkistown Race Track.
At Kirkistown, Driving Consultants demonstrated various driving techniques around the track and gave safe driving tips before guests were given the opportunity to get behind the wheel to practice these exercises. Over fifty guests attended the event and they all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. At the end of the day, customers were more aware of the driving capabilities of the Audi Q7. Richard Eakin, Managing Director of Isaac Agnew Audi commented “We were extremely pleased to be able to host our event from such beautiful surroundings and we are extremely grateful to Lord and Lady Dunleath for the warm welcome and kind hospitality.”

The Q7 is Audi’s first ever Sports Utility Vehicle. Available in both petrol and diesel technology, these advanced engines lets you power forward efficiently, while the adaptive air suspension and Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) ensure the ultimate in off-road handling. The ESP reacts in 0.02 seconds to bring hazardous situations under control and by monitoring wheel speeds, slip angles and the position of the steering wheel, ESP can apply brakes and reduce power to individual wheels until full traction and control is restored. The Q7 is a luxurious and stylish SUV with responsive yet smooth handling capabilities. Furthermore, adjustable suspension modes - an Audi world first - deliver the superior ride quality and immediacy of response demanded for on and off road driving. Available in a 3.0 TDI engine derivative, this TDI technology gives this efficient V6 diesel engine fantastic torque and in-gear acceleration. Peak torque is 500Nm and power output of 236PS. Furthermore, the 4.2 FSi engine lets you experience the breakaway power of a V8 petrol engine with Fuel Stratified Injection technology producing an impressive power output of 355PS.
