Audi Academy Qualification Programme
The Audi Academy Qualification Programme provides an exciting and motivational way for you to develop your skills in line with the latest Audi brand, product and technological advancements. Following the completion of all fundamental training for your role, you could have the opportunity to become 'Role Qualified' - a great achievement and recognition of your success in a particular role within the Audi Centres.

The AP Twin Cup
For Service and Technical team members, Audi AG hold an international competition aimed at testing your knowledge and skills. Prizes are high profile, from gift vouchers and champagne to the chance to compete in the Twin Cup for the UK winning team. Venues of which can vary from Germany, Austria or even further a field!

Recognition Trips
If you are recognised as a 'high flyer' by your management team, you could be nominated for a unique visit to the Audi AG factories in Germany. There you can have the chance to visit the production lines, the impressive Audi museum and even experience a local Bavarian evening!

Succession Centres
We want to make sure we keep our talented people. This is why we arrange Development Centres for some team members who feel they are ready for a move to another role, perhaps into management. Your skills and knowledge are tested against a specific role and the resulting Personal Development Plan and feedback report will help you progress your career aspirations.

IMI - Certificate in Automotive Management
The Audi Academy training offer for Line Manager's includes the opportunity to study for an externally recognised qualification - Certifcate in Automotive Retail Management. The IMI is a professional body for people employed within the motor industry. They offer a comprehensive portfolio of qualifcations and are the only awarding body, which is totally focused on the skill requirements of the automotive sector.

Upon the completion of nine assignments, you will be awarded senior level status on the Audi qualification programme, as well as the Certifcate in Automotive Retail Management.
