BRITISH SUPERBIKE CHAMPIONSHIP (BSB)
Beware the 'wolf in sheep's clothing.' The Superbikes on track may look similar to their road-going cousins, but behind that outward appearance there are important differences with upgraded suspensions, highly tuned engines, sophisticated electronics and race tyres.
BSB is widely regarded as the World’s premier domestic motorcycle racing championship. The new dawn for Superbike racing has created synergy between the public and the manufacturers with their factory-backed teams. British riders take on the best of Europe, Australia and Japan Bikes on machines from rival marques in a thrilling high speed spectacle.
There are twelve championship events annually held at ten leading race circuits in GB. Each event attracts a large trackside audience and receives worldwide live TV coverage.

Audi & BSB
Audi has supported the British Superbike Championship since the 1996 season, and this commitment continues into 2009 with the agreement to supply the Safety, Medical and Course cars for the series. Each round of the British Superbike Championship will see a fleet of eight Audi vehicles on duty. There will be two R8 Safety cars capable of 187mph, three A6 Allroad Medical cars and an S3 Sportback Course car. Additionally the race winners will be presented on a victory lap at each event in the new Audi A5 cabriolet, whilst visiting VIPs will be shuttled in an Audi Q7.
