Smart keys
The S5 Sportback comes with a choice of two radio-operated keys: the intelligent key (standard) or the advanced key (optional). Both of them are smart, convenient and useful.
The intelligent key
- It has no protruding steel teeth, so pockets and bags don’t get damaged
- It remembers customised driver settings for up to four users
- It memorises service information and fault diagnostics speeding up the process when it’s time for a service
The advanced key
The optional advanced key allows you to keep the key in your pocket all the time. The doors unlock automatically when you approach the car and you can start the engine just by pressing a start/stop button in the centre console.
