Your mobile phone is paired with the system by way of Bluetooth or a cradle adapter which can be obtained from your Audi Dealer. The big advantage of this system is that the cradle adaptor uses the cars external antenna and power supply to make and receive calls which improves call quality and reduces handset battery consumption. The phone can also be operated from the multi-media interface as well as via the multifunction steering wheel in conjunction with the Driver’s Information System.

This innovative phone solution offers an unprecedented level of convenience, as it becomes possible to literally leave your phone ‘in your jacket pocket’ and still operate it using the car controls as outlined above.
