All A8 SE models have the following items of equipment:

  • Engine and transmission

    • Recuperation for optimal energy utilisation
    • 8-speed tiptronic transmission with electronically transmitted shift information and Dynamic Shift Programme (DSP)
    • In heavy traffic, your car still uses fuel and releases CO2, even when it’s stationary. The automatic Start-Stop function counteracts this problem by switching off the engine when your car comes to a standstill. As soon as you touch the clutch, the car restarts. In conjunction with 3.0 TDI®, it helps save up to 0.4 litres of fuel every 100km.
