The R tronic sequential gearbox is an option if you want to engage in the true spirit of motor racing. You’ll experience spontaneous acceleration from a standing start and momentous flexibility across the rev range.
As well as the standard automatic set-up, you could opt for ‘S’ sport mode or change gear manually by using the shift paddles mounted on the steering wheel or the joystick-type gear lever on the centre console. Either way, shift-by-wire technology ensures smooth, millisecond changes.
In ‘S’ mode the gear shift points are at higher engine speeds and are faster imposing an even sportier driving character.
