Audi Network Partners Undergraduate Programmes
Applications for the 2018 intake have now closed.
Our motto is ‘Progression through Development’ because we are offering students the opportunity to complete a development programme, not just a placement. In order to help develop a full understanding of our business, integration and exposure will be key elements of the experience. Taking a graduate-style approach, we have designed a structure to enhance learning opportunities throughout your year with us. This is made up of exposure to both our retail business and head office operations.
What is the Audi Network Partners Undergraduate Programme?
It’s your opportunity to undertake a value-adding, unique 12 month work placement representing a prestigious brand. You will be based with one of our Audi network partners across the UK, helping to implement business strategies and drive performance. Personal development is at the heart of the programme, as you will receive a structured development plan, exposure to a variety of business functions and training opportunities throughout the year.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for strong academic achievements, therefore, you must be working towards a 2:1 in your degree. However, we also want well-rounded, ambitious people with plenty of motivation and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our programmes are aimed at students who have the skills and experience to add value to our company, as well as the potential to build a long term career with us.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for 12 months from June 2018.
You’ll use your year in industry to its fullest potential – really immersing yourself in our business from day one, and gaining a wealth of experience that will be applicable to both your studies and your career after you graduate. You will be part of a community of undergraduates who you’ll work with during development initiatives such as your showcase project at the Audi UK head office. As undergraduates, you will be provided with the opportunity to develop key business skills through a range of channels integrated into the structure of the placement year supported by both Audi UK and your line Manager in the Centre. These include various training opportunities.
During your placement year, you will also be paired with an undergraduate buddy at Audi UK which will help develop your knowledge into the structure of our business. Your buddy will also be there to support you throughout your year and in your project.
What will you gain and where will it take you?
This programme will allow you to gain exposure to a wide range of organisations both internally and externally. Our unique business model will help you to apply theories in practice – something that’s useful not only in your final year at university but also in your future career paths. You will also gain experience in one of the biggest and most valued industries in the world. After completing a year with one of our network partners, you’ll be presented with many career opportunities; from a role in the Audi network, to a place on the graduate programme available at our head office.
