1. Breakdown and recovery assistance

Whether in the UK or abroad, we get you moving as quickly as possible following a breakdown. Your comprehensive cover includes Roadside Assistance, Recovery and At-Home Recovery.

2. Reporting accidents, damage or vandalism*

We’ll help get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We will also only use Audi Genuine parts when repairing your car.

3. Service booking or maintenance enquiries

Book your vehicle in for repair or routine servicing within our approved service network. We’ll manage all the arrangements for you.

4. Tyres

Our tyre team can arrange an appointment and direct you to your local approved tyre Centre.

5. Glass repair

For all chips, cracks and more to your car’s glass.

6. General enquiries
