Lighting

If vehicles are detected by the camera system, the system selectively masks just the area of the detected vehicle while all other segments of the main beam remain active. Switching individual lighting segments on and off creates active and dynamic light distribution both in the dipped beam range and when using the main beam. Light functions are visible in the headlights as dynamic operations. The illumination of the vehicle’s path is significantly better than that of LED headlights, improving safety and comfort when driving in the dark.
