Audi Smartphone Interface* - Compatible smartphones can be connected via the vehicle’s USB port with data and charging function. Connection to a current Apple iPhone (minimum requirement iOS 9, iPhone 6 or higher) can also be established wirelessly. Individual content such as navigation, telephone, music as well as third-party apps are shown directly on the high-resolution MMI touch display. The system can be conveniently operated by touch or the smartphone’s voice control.

Audi will then inform the user of the content of the relevant update and ask them to consent to the installation. The relevant update is not installed until the user has given their consent.

^ Vehicles with 20” wheels and larger will come with Mobility tyres and a vehicle tool kit (no tyre repair kit). Mobility tyres can be recognised by the ‘SEAL’ marking on the sidewall. In the event of a puncture, a sealing compound inside the tyre surrounds the foreign body and seals the tyre temporarily. The system is not suitable for a permanent repair and serves exclusively to provide a safe onward journey to your nearest centre to get the tyre replaced.
