If you log into our website using your myAudi login (Audi ID) information and use any features or myAudi services accessed from our website that rely on personal data from your myAudi account (including the login feature itself), we and our parent company, AUDI AG, are joint controllers of the processing activities necessary to provide those services. As joint controllers, we are jointly responsible for those processing activities.
Our joint responsibility applies whilst you are using our website in a logged in status. We are separately responsible to you as controllers in relation to our storage and use of your personal information beyond this.
