Audi Car Insurance

Our Plus Car Insurance covers you up to £300 for personal belongings that are lost or damaged following an incident, fire or theft.

We’ll pay to replace or repair broken glass in the windscreen, sunroof or windows of your car less any excess that applies.

If you make a claim for damage to your car caused by vandalism, you won’t lose your No Claim Discount with us. The incident must be reported to the police and assigned a crime reference number. You will need to pay the accidental damage excess. This feature is only available with our Plus Car Insurance.

If you have an electric vehicle, our Plus Car insurance covers you in the event of accidental damage, fire or theft of your electric charging cables and your home charger. This also covers accidents caused by any electric charging cables when attached to your car.

We only use genuine parts and accessories and each one comes with a two-year warranty, excluding wear and tear items.

We’ll provide a courtesy car while your car is being repaired. This comes as an optional feature with our Essentials Car Insurance cover but included in our Plus Car Insurance cover as standard.

In the event of an accident you will have access to our 24 hour recovery helpline.

You can make changes or cancel your policy by logging into your account or by calling 0330 678 6325.

You'll receive an email 30 days prior to your renewal date, at which point, you can view your renewal price in your online account. At this stage you'll also be able to make any changes and check that all your details are up to date and correct for the next year.
