Smart Service Plan FAQs

You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan, providing no work has been carried out. If you decide to cancel your Service Plan, please contact Audi Financial Services via email. After 14 days, our Service Plans are not currently refundable. If you want to discuss your options, please contact Audi Financial Services by calling 0370 010 2007 or via email.
