How can I join?

If you’ve purchased a new or used Audi from an Approved Audi Centre, or have participated in an aftersales activity such as an MOT or service within the last three years, then you’ll be invited to join Audi presents by email. If you think you qualify and have missed your invitation, then call this number: 0800 699 888.

What is Audi presents?

Audi presents is our way of saying thank you to Audi owners. It is your ticket to exciting sporting events, music and comedy shows, as well as dining experiences and always on discounts.
How can I sign up to Audi presents?

To be eligible to join Audi presents, you must have either: purchased a new or used Audi from an approved Audi Centre within the last three years or participated in an aftersales activity at an approved Audi Centre within the last three years (a service for example). Eligible customers will receive an email from Audi UK where you’ll have the opportunity to activate your account. Please check your marketing permissions with our Customer Services Centre to make sure you have given Audi UK the necessary permission to email you. You can contact them on 0800 699 888.
How do I check if I'm eligible to be a member of Audi presents?

All you need to is contact the Audi Customer Service Centre on 0800 699 888 to check that email marketing permissions have been activated as we can only contact customers who are eligible for the programme and who have opted to receive marketing communications from us by email.
Why was I invited to sign up to the Audi presents programme?

You were invited to the Audi presents programme because you either participated in an aftersales activity at an Audi Centre, or bought a new or used Audi within the last three years and have opted in to receive marketing communications from Audi UK via email. It’s our way of saying thank you for being an Audi customer.
Why have I been offered an opportunity to book tickets?

A little while ago you responded to an email from Audi UK, signing up to be part of our Audi presents programme. Being part of this programme means you can book a pair of tickets for one experience over a 12-month eligibility period. You can also enjoy unlimited access to virtual events, enter prize draws to win unforgettable experiences and make the most of amazing offers from Audi premium partners.
My friend has an Audi but hasn’t been invited. How do they get an invite?

Please ask your friend to contact the Audi Customer Service Centre on 0800 699 888 to check their email marketing permissions are turned on. We can only contact customers who are eligible for the programme and who have opted to receive marketing communications from us by email.
Can I give my two tickets to someone else?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred. This means that, as the Audi owner, you are required to attend the event. However, you can bring a guest of your choice, providing they are over the stipulated age limit for that event.
Can I have additional tickets for the event I’ve booked?

The majority of our tickets are offered in pairs. If we are able to offer more than two tickets for an event, we will let any members booked onto that event know.
How can I attend more events?

To be as fair as possible, we aim to offer our experiences to as many Audi presents members as we can, this means we can only offer you one pair of experience tickets within your 12-month eligibility period. We apologise for any disappointment caused.
