To get set up, you'll need:
You should also check if your handset is compatible with your Audi.
As with choosing your phone contract, you should consider the data you use, as you may incur extra costs, especially if you drive abroad.
We recommend contracts with a flat rate are used with Audi Connect, or consider a data only tariff. To help find the best deals and tariffs, try visiting www.uswitch.com.
Simply insert your compatible SIM card into the corresponding slot in the MMI navigation plus interface. Two aerials on your Audi will ensure you get excellent reception to keep you connected on the move. Your passengers can then access the LTE technology by connecting their mobile devices to the integrated Wi-Fi hotspot within your Audi.
The other thing you will need to do to set up Audi Connect infotainment, is to register an account with my.audi.com, an online service that allows you to start using Audi Connect.
Once your account has been set up you can then link it to your car and begin using Audi Connect.
This helpful video will also show you how to get started with Audi Connect.
