Your Audi vehicle may come pre-installed with certain hardware and software to provide functions which can be activated individually by you through the myAudi website or app portal, (referred to in this policy and the myAudi portal as “Functions on Demand”). You can purchase Functions on Demand through the Audi Functions Store (also known as the ‘myAudi Shop’). A controller decides why and how your personal is processed and joint controllers make these decisions together.
Audi UK and Audi AG are jointly responsible under data protection laws for the processing of your personal information when you make a purchase of Functions on Demand through the Audi Functions Store. Audi UK and Audi AG have in place an agreement which sets out how we will work together in protecting your personal information and protecting your rights under data protection laws. Please see the table at the end of this statement for details of how these companies have internally allocated their data protection responsibilities to you. Regardless of this agreement and allocation, you can exercise your rights described in this statement against Audi UK as well as against Audi AG.
