✓ If your vehicle’s previous Audi UK or Audi Financial Services warranty expired over 30 days before you purchased All-in, then you won’t be able to claim in the first 30 days of your All-in Warranty (a “no-claim period”). Effectively, you’ll have 23 months where you can make a claim on your warranty.

If you fail to have the covered vehicle serviced correctly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications during the period of cover, or you are unable to produce proof of such servicing if we request it, then this may invalidate your cover we may not pay all or any part of a claim you make.Please ensure you read the terms and conditions relating to your Warranty cover.

Yes, All-in is designed for petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid Audi models that are:
Between 36 and 72 months old at point of activationHave an engine size of 2.0L or lessHave done under 100,000 miles at point of activationHave a valid MOT
Don't have a Service Plan or warranty already in place
You may also find that a Standard Service Plan or Smart Service Plan is right for you.

The Service Plan stays with the car and can be transferred to the new owner.
 
If you are planning on selling the car and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan, providing no work has been carried out. If you decide to cancel your Service Plan, please contact Audi Financial Services via email. After 14 days, our Service Plans are not currently refundable.
