Park assist plus can help to enter and exit parking spaces. Working within system limits, this function assumes control of the steering, accelerating, braking and changing gear of the vehicle. Park assist can apply the brakes automatically if obstacles are detected within system limits. The system assists with forward and reverse parking into kerbside and bay parking spaces between vehicles and with exiting kerbside parking spaces. Park assist plus is activated via the MMI. The driver must permanently monitor the parking manoeuvre.
