    • We are a proud member of The Motor Ombudsman accreditation scheme and are accredited to the CTSI-approved Service and Repair, New Car, and Vehicle Warranty Products Code of Practice, ensuring we operate to the highest standards of service and offering peace of mind for customers. The Code sets out the standards that vehicle manufacturers comply with regarding new car sales, new car warranties, availability of replacement parts, advertising and handling of complaints, along with Servicing and repairs.

      We pride ourselves in customer care and will aim to do whatever is reasonably possible to resolve an issue. In the first instance, should you feel that we have not provided a satisfactory standard with regards to new car sales, new car warranties, availability of replacement parts, advertising, servicing and repairs, or handling of complaints, these should be discussed with your Audi Centre.

      Alternatively, our Customer service team can be contacted on 0800 699 888, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, excluding bank holidays.

      Once our contact over this issue has concluded, should you feel we have not provided a satisfactory solution, we would refer you to
      The Motor Ombudsman for further guidance. . The Motor Ombudsman will offer free impartial information and, if appropriate, an alternative dispute resolution process in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a concern.

      For further information you can visit The Motor Ombudsman website or call their Information Line on *0345 241 3008 (option 1). The Motor Ombudsman phone lines are currently open between 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
